Terms of Service

By accessing and using triscale.plus you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the site or its tools. Continued use after an update to these terms implies their acceptance.

triscale.plus runs on TriScale, a platform that operates websites and tools for businesses: public pages, an admin panel, content management, messaging and the integrations each business chooses to connect. The service is provided as is and may include features under development.

To use the admin panel you need an account. You can sign in with your Google account; in that case only your name, email address and profile photo are used to identify you and grant access. Nothing is published on your behalf and no other information from your Google account is accessed. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity carried out from your account.

Some features require connecting external services, for example Google Calendar or YouTube. Those connections are only activated when you explicitly authorize them from your own account, and the permission is limited to the minimum needed for that feature (for Calendar: reading availability and creating the event for a confirmed appointment, nothing more).

All access is revocable at any time from your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may not use the service for illegal activities, to send spam, to breach the security of the site or of third parties, or to publish content that infringes copyright or is misleading or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this section.

The content you upload or publish (texts, images, data about your business) remains yours. By using it in the service you grant the permission needed to display, store and process it with the sole purpose of operating your site. You are responsible for holding the rights to that content.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features, in whole or in part, and will notify you through the usual channels when the change is relevant.

To the extent permitted by law, TriScale and triscale.plus are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit or interruptions arising from the use of the service. The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these terms or if the service is discontinued. Upon termination, your content may be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this same page with its last-updated date; subsequent use implies acceptance of the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nicaragua. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nicaragua.
