Privacy Policy

Effective as of September 30, 2026

This page explains what data is collected when you use triscale.plus, how it is used, how it is stored and with whom it is shared, and what happens when the site connects an external service (for example Google Calendar or YouTube) to operate a specific feature.

01What data is collected

When you use this site we may collect: data you voluntarily submit in a form (name, contact details, message) and basic technical browsing data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site running. We never collect payment information or identity documents through these pages.

When you sign in with your Google account in the admin panel, we receive your name, email address and profile photo to identify you and grant access.

02Lead data captured on tenant websites

Websites operated by TriScale's clients ("tenants") capture contact data ("leads") through contact forms and WhatsApp channels. This data may include name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and message content.

The data is stored on infrastructure managed by TriScale and is processed on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the tenant's business, which is the data controller for that data.

03Legal basis and consent

Processing of lead data is based on the data subject's consent, given through a mandatory checkbox on the form ("I agree to be contacted via WhatsApp") or, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of responding to an inquiry initiated by the person. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

04Third-party integrations

If a site offers a feature that requires connecting an external service —for example appointment booking synced with Google Calendar, or publishing content to YouTube— that connection is only activated when you (the business operator) explicitly authorize it from your own admin panel, and the permission requested is limited to the minimum needed for that feature.

No tenant's integration is visible or accessible to another. Each connection is independent and can be revoked at any time from the business's own Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), without affecting operations already performed.

05Google data and the Google API Services User Data Policy

When you authorize a Google integration, we only access the data needed for the feature you authorized:

  • Sign in with Google: name, email address and profile photo, solely to identify you and grant access.
  • Google Calendar: reading availability and creating the event for a confirmed appointment.
  • YouTube: uploading videos and reading the channel data you authorize, in order to publish the content you indicate. We do not access Gmail, Drive or Contacts.

We use this data exclusively to operate the authorized feature. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except when strictly necessary to provide the feature, comply with the law, or protect the security of the service. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared between businesses.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

06How data is stored

Access tokens for external services are stored encrypted on the server, never in plain text and never shared between businesses. Contact data you submit through a form is used only to respond to your request.

07Retention

Leads and associated conversations are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized so that it is no longer linked to an identifiable person.

08Right to erasure

Any person may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the tenant's business or writing to privacy@triscale.plus. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligation applicable to the tenant.

09WhatsApp opt-out

At any time, a person may stop receiving messages by replying STOP (or BAJA) to the WhatsApp message received. After doing so, no further messages will be sent to that number.

10TriScale's role

TriScale acts as an infrastructure provider for the tenant's business: it hosts, transmits and technically protects the data described in this policy, without using it for its own purposes. Each tenant publishes its own privacy policy, complementary to this one, on its website.
